Take it slow, for one. You're not going to get over any of that fast. You need to not beat yourself up about it either, since it's not going to help any. Not saying you are, but it's something I did.
For another... just... take small steps. Talk to a new person a day, or something. Or a week, if you need to take it slower.
...I wonder how my leader did it. How did he talk to so many people so easily? He always had the ability to get people to open up to him. I'm not sure if I can do it.
